March 18th-22nd Deals

Legal Soft acquires Berry Virtual - Legal Staffing.
Takeaway: Legal Soft's acquisition expands it's staffing services beyond legal professionals and into other office and admin roles. I hope they keep the color pallett of Berry Virtual's website.

DISA to acquire Validata Group - HR Tech.
Takeaway: DISA continues their European expansion plans by adding this Amsterdam-based background and screening tuck-in. Last year they completed a similar tuck-in in Germany. 

Cornerstone acquires immersive reality platform Talespin - Learning & Development tech.
Takeaway: Evaluating an applicants "on the job" skills and a new hires training may have gotten easier with Talespin's immersive training platform. This tech will be added to Cornerstone's suite of "future-ready" workforce products. 

Boyden to acquire FWB energy practice - Exec Search.
Takeaway: Boyden, a global exec search firm, gained a UK exec search team that specializes in the energy sector. 

Culture Amp to acquire people data set provider, Orgnostic - HR Tech.
Takeaway: Orgnostic's people data expands the data sets that Culture Amp's platform references to provide insights and predictive analytics about employee engagement, productivity, and other people-centered metrics. 

Careers Launch Talent Group to acquire Signature Hire - Exec Search.
Takeaway: Feels like an aquihire. Careers Launch Talent Group expands their industries served into manufacturing, construction, tech, and sales roles.
