May 6th-10th Deals

QuantumWorks makes their second acquisition this year. - HR Tech Consulting.
In it's second deal in as many months (see the Talent Tech Labs announcement here), QuantumWorks is putting together a collection of workforce advisors and consulting services that now covers the EU..

Adecco finds a final resting spot for Hired.com - HR Tech.
The Hired.com saga appears to have reached it's end. Here's a recap: Adecco buys Vettery for $100M (2018), Vettery then bought Hired in a fire sale (2020) after raising $130M in venture, the Vettery brand then went away and operations were tucked into Hired, now Hired is folding into one of Adecco's recruitment service brands, LHH, signaling defeat.

Magnify completes tuck-in, buys HuntSource - Cybersecurity Staffing.
Magnify completes a tuck-in that brings $2.5M-$4M of cybersecurity & infosec staffing revenue (according to SIA) and a Charlotte, NC based team.

Flockity and The Muse's newest partnership - Job Distribution & Employer Branding.
First came job boards, then job aggregators, now job-influencers? Two revolutionaries in the talent acquisition space, The Muse and Flockity, partner together to forge a unique path for how companies find and hire talent via influencer marketing. This is not an acquisition but seems like The Muse is testing (for future M&A) how effective influencer-based job advertising can be to unlock ad budgets.
